A Just Energy Transition for Africa

Carbon emissions must be reduced if climate change is to be mitigated. African nations have committed to reducing emissions to "Net Zero" by 2050. But they face a challenge in ensuring that this transition is effected in a just, equitable and holistic manner that supports the broader sustainable development priorities.
